May R. Arroyo, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Arroyo earned her undergraduate degree and her Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of South Florida before attending medical school in Chicago at the University of Illinois. She then completed her residency in anatomical and clinical pathology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Arroyo's next posting was as a clinical fellow in gastroenterology and surgical pathology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric pathology at the University of Miami. Dr. Arroyo later joined UF PathLabs in 2006 as a pediatric and surgical pathology faculty member.
