Xu Zeng, MD, PhD
Xu Zeng MD PhD, is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Florida Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine as a renal pathologist, he worked for a number of years at several well-known medical institutions, including Wayne State University, Bostwick Laboratory and Temple University, for a number of years.
After completing an anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in the New Hyde Park, New York, Dr. Zeng completed a renal pathology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medical Institute in Baltimore, Maryland.
He earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree with honors from Medical College of Ohio, as well as his medical degree from Guangzhou Medical College in the People's Republic of China.
In addition to renal pathology, Dr. Zeng's clinical interests include studying the mechanism of proliferative glomerulonephritis and lupus nephritis.
