Use: 
This test is used to evaluate and monitor fatty acid oxidation disorders and organic acidemias. Compounds with the same molecular weight cannot be quantified individually.

Minimum volume: 0.25 mL
 
Storage: Refrigerate specimens. If transport is delayed or specimens are sent by overnight courier, spin blood and seperate and freeze plasma.

  • Frozen: 4 weeks
