Use: 
This test is used in the quantitative measurement of autoantibodies to thyroglobulinin serum, as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid diseases. It is a solid–phase, enzyme–labeled, chemiluminescent sequential immunometric assay.
Specimen Requirements: 
Collect at least 0.3 mL of serum in a gold-top/serum-separating tube (SST).

Keep the serum frozen and avoid hemolysis.
