Biography: 

Marino Enrique Leon, MD, FCAP, FASCP, is American Board of Pathology-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, as well as cytopathology. He joined the University of Florida Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine as a member of its faculty, after working for six years at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center.

Clinical interests
Dr. Leon is interested in clinical and translational research on thyroid tumors and HPV-related squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck, as well as:
Cytopathology
Fine-needle aspiration
Head and neck pathology, including thyroid and parathyroid pathology
